High Sea Diving

SpongeBob attempts to dive to the surface of the ocean, but is stopped by a wall of garbage. There, he meets a delusional elderly man who believes he is King Neptune. The trash that SpongeBob and the man throw during their fight sinks to the bottom, which the citizens of Bikini Bottom find practical uses for.
